This website, the community & all game servers for which the website was created, is owned and operated by NoxiousGamers. Throughout the site and in these Terms and Conditions, "we," "us," and "our" refer to NoxiousGamers. The "perks" referred to herein refer to the list of things on the donation form you will receive as a result of donating the specified amount of money, or higher, and by accepting these Terms and Conditions.Rights
Any form of money given to NoxiousGamers is considered to be donations to the community to help & support it. You acknowledge the fact that when you donate we NoxiousGamers reward you with gift(s) as a thank you and acknowledgement for your donation. As we provide you gift(s) free of charge as a thank you for donating to the community we reserve all rights to revoke any gift we have given you on "ALL" of our servers.
NoxiousGamers reserves the right to withdraw access to any of your purchases at any time if these terms or our community guidelines are broken without refund.
We also reserve the right to change any package at any time for any reason including the removal of a package without any notice.
The term "permanent package" refers to it being permanent for the length of time that a server is active. If we do decide to discontinue a server there will be no compensation.

Liability
NoxiousGamers is not liable under any circumstance if you are unable to benefit from a purchase made on our store (for example VIP access) due to circumstances beyond our control which includes server connection issues.
The term "permanent package" means permanently active while the server is active (which may not be active forever on a permanent basis). If we do decide to discontinue a server, the package will then be unavalible until the server is either brought back online or maintenanced.

Refunds Policy
Any donation you want to refund will have been used to improve our community and servers so we don't offer refunds in any circumstances.
By purchasing anything on the NoxiousGamers: Web Store you agree that the purchase is final and no refunds will be given. The reason for this is because the items you receive are digital and cannot be returned to us therefore we cannot accept refunds.
Any PayPal disputes will lead to you being permanently banned (both IP and Steam ID) from all our services including Our Discord, Community Forums and Gaming Servers.
By breaking these terms it will result in: Your name, email address and IP address being added to a post on our forum to make other GMod communities aware of your actions (preventing harm to other Garry's Mod communities) and also in an effort to prevent fraud.
